Description
The brewery produces around 8000 hectolitres per year, not only of its own brands of beer, but also of contract-brewed beers. The challenge for the future is a commercial one that will require the development of our key products.More than ever, we wish to emphasize our authenticity, the Belgian craftsmanship, and the character of our beers. We assert our status as traditional brewers. For these reasons, we have invested in the branding of our products, our website and our communication.

Pours a bit hazed blonde. medium small white head. Scent is weak, some sharper malts. Taste is slightly malty, unfresh malts though. Stressed yeast. Weak base. Little to no hops ( certainly not enough to balance the beer) . Not great!

Bottle @restaurant Le Val-Fayt, Fayt-lez-Manage, served in a Binchoise chalice. Hazy pale golden colour, good frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma sweet malt, Belgian yeast, grain, coriander, orange peel, some honey. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grain, yeast, lemon, coriander, light candy sugar. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, creamy sweetbitter aftertaste, light peppery notes, well-balanced, tasty, easy to drink, very good.

Blonde by La Binchoise, infused with calvados. Egg-white, cobweb-lacing, moussy and frothy head, misty pale straw blonde robe. Aroma of withering grass, jute bags, mugwort, white bread dough, clove, melon, wet flour, old dried lemon peel and a touch of apple but hardly calvados. Crisp onset, lively and minerally carbonation, fruity notes of halfripe banana, pineapple and green pear, sweetish but not overly so; supple, slick white-bready and grainy pale maltiness, ending with a grassy and somewhat zesty hoppiness, bitter but never harshly so, providing aspects of lemonbalm and field flowers against some phenolic spiciness. Again, the calvados that is supposed to be in here, remains all but unnoticeable - one can wonder what the point of it is, other than trying to be 'different' on an overcrowded market. A weedy, slender, somewhat messy blonde, that is what this basically is.

Gusher. Hazy pale blond colour with thin head. There's a lot of residual yeast giving a kind of bread dough taste. There's a touch of honey sweetness but also a light medicinal note

Vintage 2016. Elegany bottle from not exist now Bar Expert Polska. No i do tego alko perfekcyjnie ukryte.

Bouteille 33cl, merci Benoit.
