A: sweet malty, cooked vegetables (DMS), bit diacetyl, bready. T: sweet malty, bready, decent harmonic bitterness, very easy drinkable, bit more on the sweet side, may be needs some more lagering and when DMS will be removed it should be fine then.

A: dark malts, chocolate, bit coffee, dark bread crust, caramel. T: dark and roasted malts, chocolate, cocoa, dark bread, bit coffee, dark caramel, quite rich taste dry on the palate and good balanced so when I see lower rates here may be receipt have been improved or not so steady batches? For me more than ok, enjoyed.

Cloudy bright gold, creamy white head. The aroma is quite spicy, peppery, low on malts and fruit. The taste is regular young brewpub style weizen - fresh and quenching but bit that fine - unripe banana, tart wheat, some dough / yeast, just a hint of malt sweetness and zero hop bitterness. Decent.

5/8/2018. Bottle courtesy of trade with ciocanelu, cheers! Pours chestnut brown with dark maroon tint and a beige head, very nice look to it. Aroma of malt, chocolate, moderate roasting, caramel, hops and dried fruit. Medium plus sweetness with some slightly astringent underlying bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, above average carbonation.

Tap. Pours clear orange, small off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is a bit dusty, perfume, floral, pine. Flavor is light plus sweet, light plus bitter, floral. Medium body. 4,6,6,4,12
