tap at the Ft Wayne brewpub - Hazy pale yellow-green pour with a minimal head. The aroma is all tart apples. The flavor is of sweet apple juice up front with some mild tartness that's nice though I wouldn't call it "very tart" as the menu does. Easy drinking. Good.

tap at the Ft Wayne brewpub - Pours a light amber color. It smells of caramel malt and rye. The flavor is mildly bitter with a decently balanced malt presence and rye spice. Medium bodied. Just okay.

bottle - Pours mostly clear copper with a one finger, off-white lingering head. The fairly mild aroma has some resinous and fruity hops. It has good, crisp bitterness with citrus and resin character and a sweet malt backbone. Medium to full bodied, it's not all that intense for the style, but to me it's very good.

tap - Pours hazy gold, has a pleasant, fruity hop aroma. The flavor is full of citrusy, resinous hops. Medium bodied. Crisp, bitter finish. Really good.

tap at the brewpub - Pours a deep copper color with a lingering head. It has a hoppy, pine accented aroma. The flavor is of course full of hops bitterness. There’s resin and citrus and a very solid malt backbone. Full bodied with a pleasantly bitter finish, it’s very good.

tap at the brewpub - Pours cloudy yellow with a minimal head. It smells mainly of pineapples. The flavor is sweet with lots of pineapple. Tartness is mild and serves to rein in the sweetness. Light bodied. Rather low carbonation. Pretty good.

tap at the brewpub - Pours very dark brown with a lingering light tan head. It has a roasty, hoppy aroma, and it tastes of dark roast malt, resinous hops, and has some dry, rye character. Lingering bitterness. Quite good.
Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6
tap at the brewpub - Pours light amber with an aroma of hot peppers and smoke. It tastes of sweet malt with lots of habanero and a little smoke. It doesn’t say it’s a smoked beer but for some reason I got that in the aroma and flavor. It’s light to medium bodied with a lingering hot (as in spicy hot) finish. I didn’t taste mangoes. Interesting beer.
