tap at the brewpub - Pours cloudy yellow with a minimal head. It smells mainly of pineapples. The flavor is sweet with lots of pineapple. Tartness is mild and serves to rein in the sweetness. Light bodied. Rather low carbonation. Pretty good.

tap at the brewpub - Pours very dark brown with a lingering light tan head. It has a roasty, hoppy aroma, and it tastes of dark roast malt, resinous hops, and has some dry, rye character. Lingering bitterness. Quite good.

tap at the brewpub - Pours light amber with an aroma of hot peppers and smoke. It tastes of sweet malt with lots of habanero and a little smoke. It doesn’t say it’s a smoked beer but for some reason I got that in the aroma and flavor. It’s light to medium bodied with a lingering hot (as in spicy hot) finish. I didn’t taste mangoes. Interesting beer.

tap at the brewpub - Pours clear light gold with good lacing and a mild aroma of grainy malt and hops. The flavor is bready, grainy malt sweetness and some good hops bitterness though not as much as I expected from 40 IBUs. Light bodied. Overall it’s an average brew.

Clear orange-gold color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Malt, hops and caramel in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of grainy malt, earthy hop and caramel. The finish is mildly bitter up front with a malty aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

tab at the brewpub - This beer pours hazy orange and has a big, hoppy aroma. It’s medium bodied with the expected high bitterness level. There’s some pine and citrus in there. Long, bitter finish. Very good. I don’t really know the point of going over about 100 IBUs since people can’t really taste higher bitterness than that, but this is an enjoyable beer.

tap at the brewpub - Pours near black with a nice roast malt aroma. It has a good dark roast flavor with a bitter kick and a little pine character in there. Full bodied. Quite good. As one might guess from the abv that’s right on the line of stout/imperial stout, it’s on the milder end for its style, but it’s still a very good, robust stout.

tap at the brewpub - Pours a very hazy light orange and has a nice tart apricot smell. The flavor starts with sweet apricots then the tartness and some subdued wild yeast funk kicks in. It’s light and easy drinking, pleasantly fruity and refreshing.

tap at the brewpub - Pours an auburn color with minimal head. Caramel malt and lightly sour aroma. It has a tart flavor with sweet caramel malt and some dark fruit character. The sourness is definitely there but on the mild side. Medium body. Overall it works well.

tap at the brewpub - Pours very dark brown with a small tan head. It smells of roast malt and coffee, of course. The flavor is rich and roasty with lots of coffee. It’s medium bodied. To me it could be even a little more robust and that would be great, but it’s a good beer.
