Bottle at Momofuku. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is straw forward with grass and a bit of rice underlying. Flavor has lots of straw and light hay with some rice and a slight hint of grass.

330ml bottle at my daughters in Laguna Hills on 23rd January 2022. Misty mahogany brown body, light beige head. Malty front with a caramel and toffee like aroma, the taste also has a malty molasses feel to it. Cherry hints in there too.

330ml bottle from Hi-Time Wines, Costa Mesa. Amber body, no head to speak of. Seemed a bit 'flat' and lacked carbonization, might have been 'out of date'. Drank on 15th January 2022 at my daughters in Laguna Hills. Malty front to the brew with caramel esters and flavours ruling the roost. Pity about the conditioning.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours light amber with a creamy beige head. Aroma is floral and malty. Arguably med body. Flavor is light toffee/caramel with some floral malt. There's a moderate hop bite. I could mistake it for a bitter. Decent.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is mildly that of a Hefe. Near med body. Flavor is lightly that of a hefe, light spice, light breadiness, perhaps a banana note. Clearly not a Wit beer, but very light in flavor. Ah well.
