Aroma: The nose is nice and hoppy, with some tropical fruit, grapefruit, and pine/resin
Appearance: Pours a mostly clear copper-orange color with an off-white head
Flavor: The taste is much the same, with a big hoppy flavor and some malt backing
Palate: The body is medium, it has a nice, clean mouthfeel, and a dry carbonation
Overall Impression: This one was one of my favorite samplings of the day, and CB was one of the more memorable brewers. A really nice example of an IPA.

Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark brown color with orange highlights and a medium sized tan head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was tangy and sweetish with a sour caramel presence and touches of maple and wood. The flavor was toasty malts, toasted caramel, wood and a faint smoky undertone. Medium length finish and thin in body. Ok.
