300ml bottle from Beverley Hills Bottleshop. Clear pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of rice, melon, booze. Taste is sweetish, rice, caramel hint, alittle liquorice, with drying boozy notes. Smooth medium bodied, low carbonation, clean dry warming boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.

Drunk cold. The consistency of the liquid is clear. The olfactory intensity is normal, and the olfactory persistence is sufficient. The taste on the nose - the dominant aroma is malted rice Koji. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas is composed of yogurt and peach. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of powerful sake. The body is full. The roof of the mouth reports hints of melon, dried apricot, banana and mushroom.

My 100th sake rating! Wanted a special occasion while the sake is random I figured game 7 NBA finals and battle of the bastards was just cause. This pours straw colored with nose of light fruit and peppery. Tastes of pear skin, peppery, grainy, pineapple, and sharp bitterness which is nice on a sake. Slight alcohol and finish with milky rice. This is quite nice.

Bottle from Seiyu. Slightly yellowish tint, oily, clear. Rich, fruity nose, rice, orange, peaches, melon, lightly spicy. Sweet and fruity, rich esters, lightly tropical. Rather full bodied. A bit oily, even. Nice citrus edge of tartness. Well done stuff.

Draught at the brewpub. Light, thin gold color with a tall, fine, thick head. Rather bad aroma—weak malt, no hops, not much happening. Sweet, cloying flavor; weird and amateurish. A decent bitter finish makes it drinkable but not good. Too sweet and creamy too.

Draught at the brewpub. Pale yellow, cloudy, with a fine, thick head. Very fruity aroma, with lots of citrus and coriander. Nice wheat malt, though. Crisp and aromatic. Buttery-creamy flavor—too much. Decent wheat malt, sweet and creamy: not horrible, but overdone. Tasty but rather undistinguished. Too sweet. Also something slightly sake-like about it.
