On tap @So Good (Rome). Ambrata, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di caramello, pane, fieno, note citriche ed erbacee. In bocca è bilanciata, con un attacco maltato e un finale amaro presente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Non male.

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso lo speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma abbondante, dalla buona tenuta e con pizzo finale. La grandezza delle bollicine è grossolana. Il liquido è di Il piano sottostante è si presenta di apparenza opalescente. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato con una punta moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è astringente, amarognolo e pulito. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta sentori di miele, agrumi, frutta a pasta gialla, menta fredda e spezie.

La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata. La persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, cereali, resina, agrumi e ananas.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Color pesca giallona, abbastanza torbida, schiuma bianca abbondante. Al naso sentori di bergamotto, citronella, spezie, erbaceo. In bocca è secca e con un bel taglio amaro, pulita, molto buona. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Non male.

Bottle, thanks daniele. Pale yellow pour, filtered with a gassy and irregular white cap. Nose: orange zest, bergamot, sulfur. Mouth: watery, extremely tart with a non sense body for a saison.
