A bottle shared with Josh and Phill during a mini-trip organized to help carless Phill pick up his Tavour bottles, some of which had been waiting for him for about a year, hehe.
Aroma: very nice grapes with some creamy notes.
Taste: along the same lines. A bit aggressive.
Overall: good, but some sophistication is required.

Can from Total Wine in Santa Rosa, CA. Can gushed. Pour is gold with a moderate white head. Crackery aroma with a touch of citrus. Med body. Dry and definitely bitter. Malt is a bit over whelmed by the lemony/grassy hop. Good flavor.

On tap at Beach Cat - South Paw. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Bandaids, citrus, and gummies on the nose. Flavour is more palatable with a fruity citrus and peppery saison yeast up front. Phenols are still there, but less dominant than on the nose. Decent saison.

There's pine and seemingly apricot. On one level the flavor seems mild but then the unharsh bite suggests otherwise. Very tasty and interesting.
