Can from Total Wine in Vacaville, CA. Pours gold with a moderate white head. Aroma of grapefruit and pine. Med body. Fruity and not wholly dry. Bitter is almost biting from grapefruit pith. There's pine and seemingly apricot. On one level the flavor seems mild but then the unharsh bite suggests otherwise. Very tasty and interesting.

On tap at McGillicuddy's, Williston, VT.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a bar pour's kind of slim off-white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave a little bit of concave lace
Aroma: roasted dark malts, slight nutty tones, light vanilla beans further down
Flavor: leads with the roast and has a decent coffee taste (which I didn't smell, hmmmm, well, okay, whatever); mild aftertaste of the roasty dark malts
Texture: about medium bodied - perhaps a touch under, somewhere between sessionable and being a sipper, semi-smooth along the tongue with mild roast grip; finishes roasty, semi-smooth and a touch of coffee
Overall: nice enough stout worthy to enjoy again if I ever get the chance.

On tap at McGillicuddy's, Williston, VT.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a small bar pour's kind of slim off-white foamy head which settled out nicely, no lace
Aroma: roasted nutty/pecan-like vibes, sweet coffee, milk chocolate underneath
Flavor: roasty, toasty and sweet through the prior mentioned aromas; light aftertaste of pecans and light roast
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable, moves somewhat smooth along my tongue; finishes with pecan toastiness
Overall: I'd say a nicely done dessert porter I would have again.

Can to flared lager glass.
Appearance: cloudy cardboard yellow color with a thin cap of a little white foamy head which dissipated mildly to leave some light lace
Aroma: lemon pulp, lemon rind, light lacto acidity, subtle wheat, subtle freshly cut grass
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together fairly sour with a touch of sweetness; no aftertaste
Texture: light bodied, somewhat sessionable; crisp and tart along my tongue; finishes crisp and faint wheat bite
Overall: I'd say this was a pretty nicely done Berliner weisse I would bang again!

On tap at the B’ham brewery/taproom. Clear very light golden pour. This bright white head Pale light lager malts, a touch grainy and vey subtle noble hop presence. Pleasant

12oz can from Brewers Haven. Pale golden pour, small head fades quickly to thin ring around the glass. Light hoppy aroma with a citrus edge. Taste brings a hop oil edge, sharp and biting, slightly numbness on the palate. Old school bitterness.

Dullish hazy, medium head, mellow, sweetish, weak. I can feel in my notes how much I started to tune out the minute I realized this an underhopped mess.

Bright gold. Thin head. Mellow herbal hops. Sweet but herbaceous. Gotta start putting more hops in these things.

Opaque, medium head, sweet berryish hop, low bitterness, this kind of disappears in the finish, which is disappointing. Needs more bitterness, I imagine.

Bright amber, medium head, tart. Tart. Dude it missed hard. Why is there tartness in this beer? This does not work on any level.
