1/6/2025. Can bought from Yutaka Shop online. Pours almost clear golden orange with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, grassy, zippy, bready, stone fruits, ripe tropical and herbal notes. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Fairly lively. Very nice, well above expectations compared to the jam.

19/5/2025. Can bought from Yutaka Shop online. Pours hazy/cloudy pale yellow gold with a large frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, lemon, wheaty, grainy, grapefruit, grassy, meringue, touch herbal. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a light drying tart edge. Moderate body. Lively carbonation. Developing dry and bitter finish with weed notes. Quite liked it except too fizzy.

Can from Yutaka London. It pours fairly clear yellow - blonde with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, sappy, resin, weedy, quite fruity, candied fruits, Starburst, melon, guava, lychee, star fruit and jelly babies. The taste is drying upfront, pithy, zesty, bitter citrus peel, grapefruit, yuzu, waxy peel, lychee, guava, weedy, dank, tree sap, straw and a nip of alcohol. Finish is oily and bitter

Can from Yutaka London. Opens with a slow gush.... It pours cloudy blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is green, grassy, herbal, weedy, floury bread and biscuit. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, touch of bitterness, green, grassy, touch piney, weedy, dank, floury wheat bread, cracker, twist of citrus and a touch of spice with a drying finale. Light+ body and fairly high, foamy carbonation. Chuggable gear. Moreish.

The aroma is sweet, juicy, ripe stone fruit, apricot, peach, green, piney, damp herbal, coriander seeds, orange marmalade cake, peach and biscuit. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy bitterness, crunchy, touch green, piney, zingy, tangy citrus vibes, tangerine, tangelo, grapefruit, biscuit and bread with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Rather nice overall. Moreish.
