Can pour from Steve. Hazy orange-yellow-light brown with decent sparkle, rocky head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma is as described--tropical, citrus, pine. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and virtually no bitterness. Competent hazy IPA. Glad to sample the brewer!

From a cheap can the pour is a hazy almost somewhat milky pale. Nose is a somewhat off putting tart sour thing, not really attractive but typical of many open vat wild fermented beers. Pleasing tart friendly taste greets the palate, good level of carbonation too. Along with the tart nature, the co2 creates an almost cutting feel on the tongue. Interesting. Finish is good but there are hints of a processed feel there lurking in the background. Quite refreshing and unique and not bad overall.

Draft pour at Spring House Tavern, Strasburg. Poured a very dark cola color with a small off-white head. Aroma was huge malt, semi-sweet, some chocolate, light herbal hops, vanilla. Flavor was huge roasted malts, sweet malt, vanilla finish.
