Pours hazy yellow with a foamy white head. Immediate aroma of lactose, some vegetal notes. Taste has enormous key lime notes, some overripe fruit, more lactose. Palate finishes with saltiness, some lactose sour elements, and a bit more key lime. Good.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: misty yellow color with a small white foamy head which settled nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: citrusy to floral hop tones; light clean malts
Flavor: semi-bittersweet through the prior noted aromas; odd finish - somewhat herbal tea-like, weird
Texture: light bodied, sessionable - very much so; semi-smooth and crisp along the tongue; carb seemed good
Overall: if I had more cans, this would be a very nice one just to sip out while fishing or grilling.

Reviewed from notes. Consumed 04/27/2024.
On tap at Rocco's in Parkesburg, PA.
Appearance: burnt orange/amber color with a small cap of a bar pour's kind of slim head which dissipated quickly and didn't leave any lace
Aroma: piney and floral hoppy tones; some tropical/citrusy hops in the middle; light clean malts underneath
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas together somewhat bittersweet with a touch of juiciness in there; mild finish of clean citrusy to piney hops
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability to this; fairly dry on the tongue
Overall: pretty good NEIPA or AIPA depending upon who you talk to and perhaps one of those beers in the in-between parts. I'd have again.

Bottle shared at Brewver Belgian Winter Gathering. Opaque black color, virtually no head. Aroma and flavor are malts, heavy bourbon, malt bitter. Hmm not very complex, nice, but not a lot of depth. A bit thin bodied as well. Hmm not too good. 7-7-7-7-7

Bottle @ Belgian Beer Geeks Winter Gathering. Pours pitch black, receding thin tan sheet atop. Aroma of prominent bourbon and rich dark malts, continuing to taste with an impactful flavour profile, bourbon introduces welcome vanilla and mild fudge that provide nice layers to a rich and boozy oily thick dark chocolate character. Really good.

1/III/25 - 75cl bottle @ Belgian Beer Geek Gathering (2025 Winter/Spring edition), BB: n/a (2025-196) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the bottle!

Clear dark brown beer, practically no head. Aroma: very oxidized, good roast, caramel, more oxidation. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good roast up front, pretty bitter, malty, chocolate, bourbon, coffee, alcohol, roast, a hint of vanilla. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, more roast, coffee, hoppy, whisky, chocolate, a bit thin and watery, but overall still very decent after all those years!
