Can shared by Steve. Opaque, milky yellow (grapefruit juice), thin cap of head, light lacing. Aroma is strong citrus/grapefruit, pineapple, mild pine, lightly dank. Taste is strong citrus, fruit salad, pineapple, pine. Smooth, frothy texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste. Representative of the style.

Part of a sixer picked up on a work trip to Dallas. Took the rest home & must have forgotten one. Born 2.13.25, this is months later.
Frothy, sticky, yellow hazy.
Orangina, herbal pungent, white grapefruit nose.
Bittersweet leaning bitter, lemon & fresh orange, white grapefruit, hearty & dry malt backbone, lingering resin.
A touch too strong to slam the entire 6-pack, but very vibrant & tasty.
Cheers.

12 oz. can from H.E.B. Plus, Boerne, TX. Pours a semi-clear bronze color with a khaki head and decent retention. Very little lacing. Sweet caramel malt aroma. The taste follows the nose:Sweet caramel malt flavor, but not overly sweet. Medium carbonation keeps it from being too dull. Medium body. Not bitter. More of an amber lager profile versus an Oktoberfest beer, but still enjoyable. And repeatable.

A beer I discovered at the HEB I shop at most often. 12 oz can, I have it opened and going into a tulip glass. It pours a mostly transparent, dark gold in color with a decent amount of completely white foam that settles slowly. I smell plenty of hops and a small amount of caramel. A drink now and there is grain, wood, malt, cardboard, maybe a touch of apricots, earth and the rye as advertised. I expected more of a presence in the mouthfeel, not really all there. A nice bitterness at the end, I can appreciate that. An all right beer, thought it would be something significant.

12 oz. can from HEB in Boerne, TX. Pours a clear dark amber color with a khaki head and decent retention. Almost no lacing. Very lightly spiced lager aroma. Grainy pale malt flavor with just a touch of light cinnamon spice in the finish. Clean, smooth, and enjoyable. Subtle spices keep it interesting without being overbearing. Easily repeatable. Medium body. Medium-high carbonation. Not bitter.

12 oz. can from HEB in Boerne, TX. Pours a cloudy applesauce color with a bright white head and very good retention. Good lacing. Juicy hops aroma, as advertised. Moderately hoppy flavor with enough pineapple and grapefruit notes to help cut the bitterness, with a little pine in the finish. Smooth and clean. Medium body, medium carbonation, and medium bitterness.
