Light, creamy, pleasant wheat. Not much spice or citrus. Maybe touch of hops hiding there. Nice.

Malty, bit of sweetness maybe from the extra alcohol. Caramel. Bit dark fruity.

Smoke is quite subtle. As is the weizen, but that just about trumps the smoke. More wheaty than banana. Light spice. Bit thin. Maybe bit too much lemony hops.

Hazy light golden color. Creamy white head. Nice banana and clovy clean nose. Low carbonation very well balanced. Good yeast character. Very smooth palate. Clean finish with banana and cloves lasting. Very well made. Again, I am impressed

medium golden color. Lots of cereal malt, clean nose, but not much hop character. Nice mouth feel, very clean, lots of cereal notes, medium bitterness. I would say this is more of a Kolsch than a golden ale, but it’s well made. Hops are super exciting but decent enough. Definitely impressed for the first beer from this brewery.

Tap at the Shinshu Craft Beer Matsuri, 2018. Very nice nose with the cedar blending well with citrusy hops, rich malt. Orange amber color. Nicely hopped flavor, some cedar, great balance and works well. Not quite dialed in yet, but shows tons of potential and already good.

Tap at the Shinshu Craft Beer Matsuri, 2018. Hazy orange color. Nose is peaches, cedar, resins, woody. Very rich and malty flavor, biscuits, light caramel, nice cedar touch. Interesting and works well.

Tap at the Shinshu Craft Beer Matsuri, 2018. Lightly hazy golden color. Smoky nose, lots of esters and phenols. Sweet and smoky, with burnt rubber phenolic that is not nice. Flat, lame body. Not so great.
