Hazy golden color. Aroma of PNW hops, citrusy and mildly piney. The malt base also shows some caramel, it's lean, Light residual sweetness, touch of biscuit, then the Cascade-like hops, some hop resins, robust bitterness.
Clean, not very vibrant, but ok.

Hazy but dull tan, with a medium head. Has a mellow fruity aroma. Light bitterness. Actually has a nice pale malt balance, though I'd say the hops aren't especially bright.

Dark brown. Medium head. Nose holds a lot of chocolate and dark fruit notes. Similar palate, nice dark roast, chocolate and fruity complexity. Not fully "imperial", so you'll probably enjoy it more if you think of it as a solid strong American stout.

Hazy pale blond. Light aroma of breadcrust, strong flavour of breadcrust, hint of coriander, hay, and low bitterness.
A simple but fresh beer for the non discerning drinker.

On tap at Red Truck, pours black with a reddish tinge and a small tan head. Aroma brings out moderately roasted malt upfront, with some dark fruitiness, and a little cocoa. Flavour is a bit muffled, with earthy and roasted malt upfront, followed by some dark fruit elements. A bit chalky and lacking body. Not the most interesting example of the style, but I like that Red Truck is attempting a more intense style for once.

Can - Light dirty grains with a touch of noble hop. Clear pale gold with a frothy white head. Touch of corn and grain with a light finish. Much like a macro lager with a touch more flavor.

Growler - Roast, toast, nutty and some fruity esters. Jet black with a decent beige head. Fruity, roast and some toast with a light bitterness. Bitterness and body don’t have enough oomph.

Just a little head and copper body, some bubbles there. Interesting peach soda aroma, appetizing in some respects, odd in others. Aromatic even, perfumy, intriguing perhaps. Flavour is flat perfume overshadowed by wheat and banana. The mix of fruit scent and flat grain really isn't jiving here but is kind of growing on me. A little watery, could use a bulkier mouthfeel.

Draft pour at Red Truck. A barely hazy pale golden pour. No head. Melon hops and dusty grains on the aroma. Flavor is a bit on the dry side, with melon and tropical fruit, but again, very dry. Lingering flavor forever on this, but a bit of an empty flavor. Or strange at least. Tropical and citrus fruit is there, but it's lacking the juiciness I've grown to expect in the style. A decent New England-ish IPA here.

Draft pour at Red Truck. A clean, shady golden pour. Thin film head. Not much aroma here. Subtle grains. Flavor is straw, some apple, and a bit of plastic. Some rough malts that linger. Aggressive for a light format beer. I didn't think I'd enjoy a red pils, but I just had to see for myself. Weird beer as an overall. Maybe this is why red pilsners aren't more common? A rare miss for me.
