Bottle at Weathered 2022, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light funk, crisp apple skins, and some stewed apples. Flavour is light-to-moderate sweet, with gentle funk, and crisp apple skins. Not as funky or complex as I'd hope, but clean and drinkable. Pleasant.

Bottle at Weathered 2022, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is strange, with a weird fermented out honey, some fungal notes, and light apple skins. Flavour is full of fermented out dry honey and subdued apples. I don't like the dry, fully fermented out honey here. Not my thing.

Bottle at Weathered 2022, pours a clear ros� colour with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright apple core, some ros� notes and a touch of funk. Flavour is dry and gently funky, with apple core, dry apple skins, and a touch of funk. Not the most complex but it's clean and decently brewed. Good.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a pinkish peach with no head. Aroma brings out gentle wild yeast, plums, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is along the same lines, with crisp apple skins, gentle plum, and a hint of wild yeast. Decent depth created by the yeast, with a very dry finish. Good.

On tap at Persephone. Cloudy dark pink colour. Berries and hibiscus on the nose, with light apple. Nice juicy apple character, fairly sweet, light tartness, and the berry is pretty good.

nice medium khaki body and modest foam, smells of good peach notes, slight vinous apple. Taste is mellow apple sweetness, soft peach. Ends crisp and full, lingering tannins. It's reasonable, adequate.
