Tap at Aoi Cafe Very pale, clear gold with a huge head. Grainy, biscuity nose, lemon and spices. Sweet and spicy flavor, citrus, grains. Nice spritzy carbonation. Light. Not bad but too spicy.

Tap at Aoi Cafe. Clear, deep red-amber with a nice, thick head. Nutty, malty, bready nose, light caramel. Authentic. Nutty, minerally flavor, bready, huge bitterness a la Uerige. Maybe too much.

Aroma is wheaty and creamy. Body kind of thin though. Much better than first one. Bit bubbly. Some cherry. Bit of stink again intermittently.
