Akatsuki Brewery Dragoneye Magma
Organic IPL 5.5%
Thick matte yellow gold with thick white foam. Medium bodied and quite smooth. The taste is fruity but a bit rough with just a bit of balancing bitterness.
It’s ok but with a name like magna I expected something more reddish in color.

Akatsuki Brewery Dragoneye Snow
Organic Pale Ale 4.5%
Nice golden orange with thick off-white foam and a big piney fruity hop bouquet. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel and a crisp bitter finish. The taste is piney then a brief flash of tutti-frutti before the pine bitterness comes back with a vengeance.
I was pleasantly surprised. For a craft beer in the cheaper end of the spectrum this is alright.

9/8/2025. Can shared at ITFC beer share. From Yutaka Shop online. Aroma is grainy, pale malts, custard powder. Very sweet, mild bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Not a good one.
