Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours orange/brassy/gold with a nice finely foamish white head. Aroma of coriander. Med body. Flavor is coriander, salt, spruce and earth notes. Dry. Mildly salty. Spruce. Bitter, but not bitter. I find this bit(ter) confusing. Very pleasing beer though.

Flasche beim Brauer bestellt. Klares Bernstein, kein Schaum. Wenig Kohlensäure erkennbar. Aroma: Frucht, Orange, Mandarine, saure Note, ein bisschen Milchsäure. Geschmack: Sauer, Apfel Most, etwas muffig im Gaumen, Fruchtig, Orange, Multivitaminsaft, leicht spritzig im Antrunk.

Flasche beim Brauer bestellt. Dunkles Braun, fast schon schwarz. Finger dicker beiger Schaum. Geruch: kalter Kaffee, bittere Schokolade, etwas Karamell, ein wenig Haselnuss. Aroma: moderate Süße, etwas metallisch. Kalter Kaffee, Haselnuss Karamell. Leicht bitter im Gaumen. Ansatzweise ölig.

Flasche beim Brauer als Sonderedition „UT Pils“. Leicht trübe gelbe Farbe. Zitrone, Malz, Hopfen. Geschmack: wenig süß, leicht bitter. Malz, Hopfen, ein typisches Pils halt.

Flasche beim Brauer bestellt. Nur leicht trübes Orange-Bernstein, viel Schaum. Aroma: Fruchtig, Apfelsine, Malz, etwas künstlich. Aroma: mittlere Süße, Banane, Hefe, leicht würzig, etwas Getreide. Etwas schwerer als ein gewöhnliches Weißbier.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours clear bright gold with a transient white head. Aroma is lemon. Nearly med body. Flavor is oaty and lemon (or vice versa) Lightly lemon tart. Almost crisp.

16 September 2020. At Astral Beers Pub, Bologna. Shared with the lovely Anke! Hazy orange with a stable, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of melon, starfruit, unripe mandarin, gooseberry, wheat, lime, vague cucumber & cream. Taste has sour gooseberry, lime & cucumber juice, bit lactic, wheaty with a bready backbone. Tart, bready finish, sour fruit, touch of salt. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Archetypal Gose, nice.
Hapu, aedviljane, vürtsikas, soolane. Ei ole fänn, aga on palju hullemaid. Läheb paremaks kui tiksutada.

Hazy amber. Aroma is yeast forward somewhat phenolic and overripe banana. Taste is yeasty overripe banana. Almost too much yeast to handle. Still medium drinkable and not horrible.
