Draft. A- Apple, mild peach, subtle floral. A- Orange color, clear liquid, minimal head. T- Mild peach, apple, tangy. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- The peach is there but pretty weak. A bit of a sourness and funk to it. Not bad but could be much improved.

Very Nice cider. Apple taste is semi sweet and semi dry. Color is pale yellow gold with no real mention worthy head. Palate is full and viscous with prickly carbonation. Good apple flavor that rocks my world. This cider is a keeper.

On tap at Carbondale Beer Works. Pours a hazy white gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is apple skin and floral. Thin, grass, apple, light tartness, good.
