0.33 l bottle from ’CraftBeer-Dealer.com’, best before June 2017. Murky, dark brown with a thin, frothy, quickly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly spicy and a bit roasty aroma of milk chocolate, caramel, overripe banana, cinnamon and a touch of clove. Sweetish-malty, moderately yeasty-spicy and slightly roasty taste of milk chocolate, caramel, nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, overripe banana and clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, rather yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite tasty, fits well into the darker seasons, it’s a bit too fizzy though. Not that complex (although it may sound different). I hoped for a bit more to be honest.
