Draught @ Hellers, Cologne. Last batch, April,2024. Had July. Pours cloudy Golden with a frothy head. Earthy, slight overripe fruity. Slight Dusty. Minerally. Grainy and dry. Bitter finish.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice small head. Starts mild but not washy, fine malty, shy hoppy background. Some spicy notes well. Finish well balanced. Mild but again not washy. Nice!

0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Cloudy orange golden, small one finger white head. Malty aroma, little bit sourish. Taste is malty with caramel, some orange. Low bitterness, caramel in the aftertaste. Not bad for a low alcohol thing

Grainy bready beginning. Fresh, crisp. A bit bready in the back, dry and slightly grainy. Smooth, mild and grainy dry with not much bitterness.

On tap at Hellera, pours a hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma is full of intense banana esters and a touch of clove. Flavour is much the same, with sweet banana esters, subdued clove, and light wheat. Way too estery in that sort of cloying way. Not my thing.

On tap at Hellers, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is very gentle, with toasted grains and an earthy crunchy sort of character. Flavour is crunchier than typical kolschs, with a toasted grainy flavour. Low bitterness, earthy, grainy finish. Marginally better than the regular kolsch.

On tap at Hellers, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma is very gentle, with grains and straw. Flavour is much the same, with dry grains and straw. Lower bitterness even for the style. It's fine.
