5oz pour at the brewery. Pours black with a beige head. Coffee and wafer on the nose. Flavour has a pretty decent profile, the wafery malts and coffee have reasonable depth. Mouthfeel might be a bit on the thin side, but generally quite good. Pretty solid.

473 ml can. Pours a hazy reddish brown with moderate head. Faint aromas of plums, plastic and wet toasted malts. Flavors follow same. Can't say it's a porter and can't say it has any really plum notes. Drinkable as a beverage but not good as advertised.

355ml can. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a medium, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Sweet, spicy aroma of bready pale malt, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sweet, spicy flavour of bready pale malt, nutmeg, cinnamon and spicy hops in a dry, bitter, slightly warming finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. A pretty solid spiced ale.
