330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, bright golden colour with small, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mellow malty and herbal-grassy hoppy, minimally woody and nutty aroma, explicit Sorachi flavours with typical coconut aspects, a touch of oak, grape sugar, minimally bretty, funky overtones. Taste is dry, woody, hoppy, minimally sweet, pale malty basis with a touch of grape sugar, hints of oak, coconut, moderate bitterness, light tartness, unspecific,minimally vinous fruitiness. Minimally creamy, still rather watery texture, dry, simultaneously minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice composition, well integrated Sorachi flavours, a cautious but pleasant funky touch - particular, good!

33cl bottle. A hazy deep golden beer with a off-white head. Aroma of mild grassy and floral hops, wheat. Taste of citrusy, spicy and floral bitter hops, long bitter finish.

330ml bottle [from 2015, 12.0% abv]. Jet black colour, some macropore, tan bubbles on top. Fruity yeasty, mildly funky and dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, hints of cherry, plum, morello, blue grapes, a touch of Port, Marsala, sherry. Taste is dry, woody, roasty dark malty, minimally yeasty funky, slightly yeasty fruity, minimally vinous, hints of blue grapes, red wine, oak, a touch of cherry, morello, plum, marmite. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation. Not perfectly matured, no hints of rum to be honest, very nice fruity aspects, the funkiness might not be intended but doesn't do harm - better than just OK.
