Bottle@Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is nuts, fruits, some sweet nectary notes as well as caramel and slightly burnt wooden notes. Flavour is quite much the same, but also has some mild metallic notes to it.

(Bottle, Oliver Twist, Stockholm) Reddish brown colour with brief, beige head. Malty, nutty nose with notes of chocolate, toffee and caramel. Malty, nutty tast with chocolate, dried fruit, dark cherries, toffee and a nice bittersweet finish. Nothing exceptional, just well balanced, tasty and quite nice.

Pour is a dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is sweet malts with some roasted nuts and chocolate. Flavor is a bit of nuts with roasted malts but kind of watery in the end. Decent but nothing great.

A golden ale with a thin white head. A rather tart raspberry aroma, chalky, light honey sweetness. In mouth, a rather cloying fruit beer, with chemical raspberries, rather boring and unidimensional. Flour City brewfest, August 15 2008.

A dark clear amber ale with a very thin off white head. Nice floral hops aroma, caramel malt, and light vinous notes. In mouth, a viscous IPA with meaty notes, caramel, floral hops, land light vinous finale, like a barley wine. Nice. Flour City brewfest, August 15 2008.

This Wheat beer poured a clear light yellow colour with a soapy looking bright white head. To the nose there are scents of blueberries, must, jam and ...peas? First taste was light bodied and a little watery, with flavours of blueberries, must, peas and butter. Finish is thin with only blueberry flavour lasting.

Pale yellow with a nice blueberry aroma, or berries, at least. Color seems to have an ever so slight tinge of purple or blue but you’d never notice it unless you look closely. Initially comes across as a fairly bitter brew. Does has some fruit flavor but I bet the bitter beer lovers of this site love this stuff. Good tingly desired carbonation. Seems to have way more than 4% alky in the flavors. Yep, fruit flavors in there but at times difficult to ID. Lingering quite lasting bitter at end of each slug. More personality than yer typical flavored lager or light ale.
