Bottle from Liquor Mountain in Gion. Nice tart apple nose, some acid, can’t really get pears, but crisp and fruity. Medium gold, clear, with lace and lots of bubbles. Crisp apple flavor, somewhat tart, a bit dusty. Dry dusty finish. Very likeable, moving from full fruit to dryness. Not super complex but likeable. One of the better cidres I have found in Japan.

Corked bottle
Blond color, no head. Mild aroma of apple skins with light vinegar. Dry mouthfeel, some apple flavor, light tartness and very light astringency. Easy.
Average cider.
