75cl bottle. Pours dark blonde, almost reddish, with fine white foam. Aroma is intense of apples. Body is average, with quite a carbonation. Taste is medium-high sweet, though with a hidden hint of acidity behind. Final is average.

Musty aroma, wet paper and grass. Tart apples and pears. Quite acidic, with a pithy, apple skin musty aftertone. Meh.

Thanks Maakun! Smells of cellared apple and pear. Sweet at the tip with some sour following. Mostly apple with pear edge. Little bit of marmalade. No funk or tannins at the front. Soft carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Cidre de Pommes & Poires Brut on 26 Sep 2020 at 20:43 - Score: 6. Original review text: Thanks! Smells of cellared apple and pear. Bottle shared. Light golden with white head. Very dry apple, soft pear, light glue, flowery, quite mineral, dry oak. Light sweet, tart and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation and quite dry finish. Very different from a Breton cider, but not too bad.

75cl bottle in Chamonix. Pours clear pale yellow, small white head. Aroma of vibrant apple fruit. Taste is soft, lightly sugary with soft pear drops and a lightly stewed apple fruit character. Moderate carbonation. Good fruity Savoire cider.

Bottled@vPBFIII. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, some sugar, nectar and mild earthy notes. Flavour is sweet and quite thin apple and some earthiness too. Not all too elegant.

75 cl bottle @ wPBF’14
Aroma has sweetish apples and leathery notes. Flavour is sweet with pear, some leathery apples and fruit sugar. Aroma was nice but flavour is just too sweet.

Bottle from Liquor Mountain in Gion. Crisp apple aroma, rather ripe, a bit of acid. Simple but nice. Pale gold with lace, clear. Sweet but crisp flavor, light tartness, nice fruit flavor, a tiny bit dusty. Medium body. Nice stuff, not super sweet, with good balance. Easy drinking and enjoyable.
