Bottle shared. Light golden with white head. Very dry apple, soft pear, light glue, flowery, quite mineral, dry oak. Light sweet, tart and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation and quite dry finish. Very different from a Breton cider, but not too bad.

75cl bottle in Chamonix. Pours clear pale yellow, small white head. Aroma of vibrant apple fruit. Taste is soft, lightly sugary with soft pear drops and a lightly stewed apple fruit character. Moderate carbonation. Good fruity Savoire cider.

Bottle from Liquor Mountain in Gion. Crisp apple aroma, rather ripe, a bit of acid. Simple but nice. Pale gold with lace, clear. Sweet but crisp flavor, light tartness, nice fruit flavor, a tiny bit dusty. Medium body. Nice stuff, not super sweet, with good balance. Easy drinking and enjoyable.
