BIAB sample from the 29th Sussex Beer & Cider Festival Brighton at 6.5%, courtesy of Grumbo. Cheers Graham! Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of tart, woody pear flesh, with soured hints. Taste is syrupy and sour, pear, fleshy, solventy hints with almost gerkin-like notes, along with some biscuit & wet cardboard. Slick, oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, sour woody finish with alittle lingering biscuit. OK.
