Draft at the brewery. Dusty orange pour medium head. Nose is apricot and grassy. Tastes of citrus, peach, wine, grass and florals. Medium bodied could use some zip. Decent enough.

Draft at the source. Opaque very dark brown color, beige head. Nice aroma of earthy mokka coffee. Taste is malted milk balls dipped in cocoa. My favorite of a flight

Pint on tap at the brewery. It's a lightly hazy light brown-gold (like honey) with mild sparkle, finger-width off-white head with fair lacing. Aroma was subtle nondescript fruit and cracker. Taste followed aroma though the fruit had some identifiable pineapple character and crackers strong in the finish. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and mostly cracker finish with light lingering bitterness. Overall, yes a pale ale so the up front cracker makes sense, and the hops shouldn't be as forward as an IPA but a hop like Strata was underutilized here.

Sample at the source. Hazy light gold in color with a thin bubbly white head with moderate retention. Earthy grassy citrus and light tropical fruits against a sweet bready maltiness.

On tap at the source. Deep gold in color with a thin off white head that dissipates quickly. Coffee vanilla caramel roast and hints of chocolate. Pretty tasty white stout.
