Keg at BrewDog Dalston - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Nice pils, tight and clean, with notes of dried biscuits, light grassy bitterness, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Tidy finish, further crispy biscuits. Good stuff overall.

Draught @ BrewDog Bristol, 58 Baldwin Street, Gloucestershire, BS1 1QW Bristol, England.[ As 40ft / Unity Seeing Red ].Unclear medium red - orange amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, red malt, belgium yeast, red fruit, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, belgium yeast, red malt, red fruit. Cask at Pigs Ear 2018, day one, 04/12/18. Black with a well presented tan head. Nose is mellow roast, liqourice, light spice, cocoa sprinkle. Taste comprises chocolate, roast malt, jammy fruits, figs, brown sugar, toffee. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer festival 2018. A jet black coloured pour with a loose mid tan head. Aroma is ashy roast, roast barley, light jam. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, jammy strawberry, earthy, ashy roast,. Hint of smoke. Palate is semi sweet, earthy, moderate carbonation.. Lingering smoky roast.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Almost clear deep amber - brown beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Tangy dark malts, tangy bitterness. Whisper of roast. Tangy dark fruits. Bitter fruits on the finish. Flavoursome but slightly edgy.

On tap, 5.2 % abv, from the container taproom at the brewery. A wheat haze to a golden body. Firm white head, rich lacing. Wheat fruity nose, slightly spiced. Wheat fruity flavours joined by moderate banana sweetness. Wheat fruity ending. Well made version of the style. (Dalston, London 28.09.2018).
