500ml bottle at share. Near black pour with a fine beige head. Bourbon on the aroma, folowed by some dark malts, chocolate. Taste is earthy, dirty, Belgian yeasty notes and more of the whiskey barrel.

16 oz can a gift from my daughter from Tavour. Nose is roast, coffee, and oats. Black with a small cinnamon tan head that laces lightly. Flavor is lightly sweet expression with a hint of bitterness.

16 oz. Aroma is strong in coconut; there's also citrus, alcohol, a quickly disappearing pukey note. Pours hazy golden with a one finger bone-white head that falls pretty quickly into a ring. Taste is lightly sweet, moderately sour (7/10), finishing with a light dry bitterness. All the ingredients come through in flavor, coconut the strongest. Alcohol is hidden extremely well. What a weird beer. I wasn't expecting the tartness--I was expecting a more sweet malty beer. Hard to categorize, but it's pretty tasty.

On tap at the Boise BP hazy light bright golden with a thin soapy white head. Light pale malts muted piney hop aromas and flavors, full bodied and smooth with sort of a “big” feel. Lacking the “juicy” tropical hop notes I expected. Basically a double pale lager

16 oz can from Bier:Thirty. Deep golden with a small, lasting creamy head. Light hoppy aroma, citrus. Taste starts with some resiniys hops and is backed up by some chewy, ready malts. Thick, velvety and finishes with a gentle sting.

Tap at Craft Beer Market Jinbocho. Aroma is citrusy, pine, stinky hops. Taste is alright but not mind blowing. Quite bitter. Lightly fruity. Was this made specially for Japan? Perfectly nice drop, but maybe lacks something.

Can. Roasty, bit sweet, dark and alright. Not so excited as everyone else about this, but nice enough.
