Eingetrübte, orange gelbe Farbe mit großer, weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, malziger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, fruchtig mit Banane, leicht würzig, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, brown colour with a beige and not very persistent frothy head. Oaky vanilla aroma with dark and toasted malt, delicately wheaty with funky notes, dark berries and caramel. Moderately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Toasty and oaky malt character with caramel, dark and red berries and vanilla; dry and moderately sour-tart finish with lasting fruity and funky notes and a mildly dark malty tail. Good. 08.V.18

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a loose, medium-sized and slightly off-white frothy head. Distinctively oaky vanilla-laden aroma with vinous berry-fruity and slightly lactic, sour notes. Mildly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate to low carbonation. Almost creamy wheaty start with present oaky vanilla but also well-refined vinous fruity notes; dry and mildly sour berry-fruity finish. Pleasant. 08.V.18

Aus der Flasche im 2018-04 getrunken. Nein das ist doch kein Eisbock! Das ist doch mit seiner deutlichen Hopfennote ein Imperial IPA. Aber dann eins ohne echte Frucht und mit einen recht trockenen Mundgefühl im Abgang. Aber bis man hier hin kommt muß man am Aroma der Bieres von gekochten Blumenkohl und anderen Gemüse vorbei und genau das ist echt eine Herausforderung der ich mich nie mehr stellen muß. Nein kein Bier für mich!

Hazy dark color with a fine off white head. Good intensity in the aroma. Ok body and a tad rich carbonation level. Dry ending and a pleasant balanced acidity. Dried fruits, wood, grapes and mild lactic flavor. Tasty stuff.
