very dark brown color. Raisins, molasses and milk chocolate nose. Very smooth full body with tons of milk chocolate but. Or too sweet. Really well balanced. Smooth, low carb. Alcohol well hidden, lingering chocolate and dark fruit finish. Excellent

massive espresso notes but a bit simple nose. Tons of espresso fairly simple mouth. It’s ok.

deep amber, the nose isn’t too noticeable, but the mouth has a nice spicy hop character with citrus and strawberry notes in the background. Balance but not super remarkable.

slight hazy golden color. Medium body, well balanced but a bit tame. Crackery malty with citrus notes.

Vom Faß im Galmegi Haeundae, Busan. - Kastanienrot. - Mild karamelmalzig-nussig mit zarter dunkler Frucht, allmählich in leichte Malzbittere übergehend. Mild rezent, weich im Mund. Im Abgang fruchtig-krautiger Hopfen mit Anklängen an feuchtes Laub. - Angenehm aber ein wenig unrund. (Verkostung: 23.8.2016.)

Vom Faß bei Galmegi Brewing, Gwangan, Busan. - Orangegelb, gut trüb. - Hochinteressante, elegante Nase mit deutlicher aber dezenter Yuzu (der Zitrusfrucht, die in Korea als Yuja bezeichnet wird). - Antrunk weich mit milder Yuzu-Frucht, gefolgt von recht milder zitroniger Säure und herber Mandarine. Leichtes helles Malz; nur ein Hauch von Salz. Erfrischend leicht, mild prickelnd. Die Hopfenherbe ist dezent; die mild zitrusfruchtige Säure bleibt bis in den Abgang. - Sehr originelles, angenehm erfrischendes Getränk, dem es tatsächlich gelingt, Yuzu und Bier zu kombinieren. Vielleicht keine richtige Gose, aber sehr empfehlenswert!

Vom Faß bei Galmegi Brewing, Gwangan, Busan. - Orangegold, gut trüb; sahniger Schaum. - Typische IPA-Nase mit weich-süßer Tendenz, mehr Mango als Harz. - Antrunk weich und rund mit Mango, mildem Nadelwald und herber Grapefruit. Mild rezent, leicht mineralisches Mundgefühl. Im Abgang doch beträchtliche, beinahe schroffe, jedenfalls ein wenig „leerer” Bittere. Sehr bitterer Nachtrunk. - Sehr aromatisches Pale Ale, das an ein IPA heranreicht. Könnte allenfalls etwas runder sein.

Midnight Runner 6.8% 70 IBU a collaboration with Craftbros in Seoul. Named after the people who flee their job in the middle of the night. It is a cola brown with a hoppy aroma of pine and tropical fruits. The taste is roasty chocolate and bitter hops. Solid.
