From the 750 ml bottle, at Tadgs. Great aroma, slightly funky, with yogurt, berries, citrus, chocolate. The flavor is dry, with choolate, funk, light sourness, really gentle and well-balanced. Almost no sweetness, light bitterness, and sour is much less than in usual Belgian sours, but the dryness is very nice. Light a dry Flemmish Red.

Draught at Tadgs. Fruity nose, with chocolate, citrus, pepper. Nice and complex, soft. Nice chocolate and caramel touch to the flavor, good hops, no0t at all roasty but like a good IPA with some chocolate added, the way I like this style. Great.

Rather light, hoppy and yeasty aroma with some wheat, grassy hops and mandarin. Nice and hoppy saison. Worked perfectly for thirst in 30°C.

Very light aroma with some sweet berries, like strawberry. Flavour is sweet and berry-like too; some strawberries and hints of tartness. Some hops and bready malt. Rather weird and berryish IPA, not good.

Bottle 750ml. @ RBESG 11 Grand Tasting at Dean Swift, 10 Gainsford Street, London, England SE1 2NE.Unclear - hazy matt light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy to creamy, excellent lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, herbs, fruity - citrus, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, horse blanket, barnyard, leater, rice, white wine. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, white wine, rice, wood notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110807]

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, herbal, citrusy and slight spiced. Brett, fruity, light spiced and crisp mango to peachy hoppy. High carbonation. Bitter, brett and mild fruity into a dry and bitter, light brett finish.

Hazy orange-copper color; almost no head, just a collar of foam. Mild malt and toffee aroma. Reasonable body strength; powerful toffee flavor, with just some residual sugars, a tad less than expected in a true Barley Wine, and strong bitterness. No discernable hop qualities. The final is toffee again, getting a bit sweeter. Pleasant, quite close to an English Barley Wine.

0.33l bottle @ Henrik, Bergen. Why have I never heard of this? This pours a cloudy unfiltered orange body with a thin off-white head quickly laying a film in the glass. Aroma is sweet, mild malts, wet hay, not to extreme but more subtle and relaxed. Thick and full-bodied, oily texture and softly carbonated. nice and quite bitter flavors. You definitely can sense the alcohol. There's lots of malts, light almost vinous and woody notes also. Nice label. A bit hard to understand, but nice label.

Bottle at Q-Brick. Almost a pastel yellow. Citrus, lactic aroma with lemon, a bit of oak, vanilla, and soft, mellow malt. Not very funky. Flavor of lemon meringue pie, nice citrus fruits, vanilla and cream. Mellow, smooth, and dry but with a nice creamy sweetness as well. Silky smooth. Amazing balance with a soft, brilliant sourness. Somewhere between a Saison Brett and an Orval. So soft. Brilliant, though later tasting did not live up to the first.
