Thank you Tim for sharing. similar appearance to other label ut a bit more cloud. 1 finger more sticky lacing head. aroma is similar, more bread yeast, some more lemon tart and less off aroma. Much better mouthfeel in this bottle conditioned option. Still a very strange finish like chewing on a piece of wheat for too long.

Thanks Tim. A nice clarity, golden yellow small head head fades fast. Decent aroma. Fresh european hops, a light sourdough yeast, some medicinal aromas. Taste is actually quite similar. Medicine like some cough syrup in taste. Bitterness is nice, dry finish, very little sweet or candy, bitterness is a bit chalky and yeah I get medicine in taste and finish.

Clear blond to light orange beer, creamy irregular white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit sweeter than the non fermented version, some fruity esters, hint of banana and tropical fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: ok carbon, medium body, smooth creamy texture. Taste: bit more citrus, softer bitterness, somewhat sweeter, bit of exotic fruits. Aftertaste: bit sweeter, still pretty bitter though, don't worry!

Clear blond to light orange beer, creamy irregular white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, almost sweet, grains, touch of citrus, slightly fruity, clean. MF: soft carbon, medium body, soft smooth texture. Taste: bit sourish start, possibly from carbon dioxide, then a very grassy kind of hop bitterness, slightly malty. Aftertaste: hay, grassy, pretty bitter, some citrus, very dry bitter finish, hops are almost chewy in this one. Very refreshing, but hard to believe it's only 32 ibu. Probably there's almost no residual sugars left, so nothing to balance the bitterness. Nicely done.
