Tart, faint wheaty flavor with nice fruity peach. A little funky and spicy -orange/peach-zesty finish.

A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light peach pulp, grassy hops, faint Brett, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light peach, light fruity esters, light mineral notes, fait Brett, pleasant. On tap at Festival des Bières de Laval 2023.
Coffee and dark chocolate nose, roasty malts. Taste is faint sour-acidic-like Ribusta cooffe beans, dark coffee, chocolate, some nuts

750ml (thx, Frank S.!) @ Ryan's shared with Farees. Appearance: nice hazy golden with a rose notes and a white head. Aroma: lots of currants, barrel, and some funk, gin. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: good one.

Poured from 750mL bottle (Lot: 3870; bottled 10-05-2022). Hazy orange gold with small white head. Nice mild vinous notes, hint of brett funk, bright citrusy gin, blackcurrant is almost undetectable. Nonetheless, a very nice blend with good complexity.

Sans être tonitruant avec de nombreuses petites imperfections, ce Porter en reste toutefois appréciable avec des arômes torréfiés sympathiques. L'alcool, à 6,2 est toutefois trop limite pour porter et tonifier la bière, sa corpulence est également limitée et le sucre très légèrement trop sucré. Cette Gaspésienne manque de fait d'aboutissement et demanderait quelques réglages. En verre nous sommes sur une robe noire avec une très fine effervescence peu soutenue et sans mousse. Le nez est franc et agréable sur une alliance café et chocolat avec de légères touches de charbon et noisette. En bouche on retrouve ces arômes légèrement troublés à mon sens par l'amertume aux notes d'agrumes. La corpulence et surtout la longueur sont cependant trop limitées tout comme l'alcool qui ne donne pas assez de tonus au Porter. Des qualités pas assez bien exploitées.
