A hazed rosey weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, pleasant fruity candy malt with light cotton candy, strawberry, nice. In mouth, a nice fruity malt with berry jam, light cotton candy, apple, refreshing. On tap at Oktoberfest des Québecois 2014.

En fût au Bières et Saveurs 2014. Couleur rose pamplemousse voilée, absence de mousse. Arôme de citron, bonbon suret, fraise. Goût de citron, fraise, bonbon sûre, bonne acidité, framboise en fin de bouche. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

A deep dark stout with a thick creamy brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light licorice notes, molasses, alcohol warmth, dark fruits, beautiful. In mouth, a sweet fruity chocolate malt with coffee grind, caramel, molasses, licorice and warm alcohol, very good. On tap at Bières et Saveurs 2014.

Ça sent bon, c’est original et l’amalgame entre ce houblon et le gingembre est excellent. Elle est fraîche, bien goûteuse (même un peu piquante parfois) et facile à boire. Côté apparence, on dirait une blanche de qualité moyenne qui est un peu savonneuse en bouche ;(

On goûte vraiment bien le côté Brett... C’est savoureux, bien fruité et acidulé, avec un arrière-goût un peu trop herbeux à mon goût (seul défaut digne de mention). Vraiment bien faite!!

Bottle courtesy of sic1314. Poured a dark mahogany with a round light tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, sweet creamy caramel. The flavour is medium bitter with a light malt medicinal hop bitter palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur rouge-orangée foncée translucide, mousse beige tenace laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme vineux, fruits rouges, vinaigre balsamique, vernis léger, malt subtil. Goût boisé, vineux, alcool, fruité, acidité faible, manque de complexité. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, coprs moyen, un peu aqueuse.

This IPA poured a cloudy orange colour with a nice, big, frothy white head. Scents include pineapple orange citrus and a little spice. First sip was ripping with citrus hops. Orange, pineapple most pro dominant. Finish is very bitter with orange citrus lingering.
