A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with caramel, grassy hops, light peated notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Chambly 2022.

A hazed blonde gose with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light pepper, light lactic notes, Epsom salts, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light lemony notes, light pepper, very nice.

A hazed milky yellow ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light ground cherry, light lactic notes, light citrus pulp, Brett, very nice. On tap at Festibiere de Laval 2022.

A hazed orange ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light brett, light lactic notes, light horseblanket, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light raspberry jam, light acidity, light Brett, very nice. On tap at Festibiere de Laval 2022.

Olfactif aux notes de torréfaction bien établies avec du chocolat au lait, de la mélasse et des esters rappelant les pruneaux. Liquide brun foncé aux reflets roux, limpide et développant une bonne mousse assez crémeuse et persistante. En bouche la torréfaction est intense, de belles saveurs chocolatées et une amertume assez intense et terreuse en finale. Les notes de café torréfié persistent jusqu’en fin de bouche et s’allient à des houblons terreux et doucement épicés. Également présent des notes de vanille et de mélasse. Le corps est rondelet et doux et la carbonatation doucement piquante. Délicieux, doux et complexe ce Porter Baltique. O:5.9 V:4.75 G:8.45 C:3.5 G:15.95 T:38.55
