About
Hoppy Road is a French brewery founded in Nancy in 2017 by Julien Pecheur, Lucas Del Biondo and Charles Sanner. Julien and Lucas started as homebrewer, and after winning the first prize in 2015 at the Paris Beer Week, they decided to start brewing studies at the Institut de la Brasserie et de la Malterie. In 2017 they joined with Charles and started with the brewery. Their brewery in Nancy has a capacity of 2.000 Hl per year.

A hazy yellow beer with a big white head. Aroma of pineapple, mango, citrus. Taste of sweet juicy hops, yellow fruits, pineapple, yeast, mango. Moderate bitterness.

33cl bottle from Mi-Fugue Mi-Raisin wine store in Paris F: medium, white, average retention. C: yellowish, hazy. A: orange, tangerine, mango, pineapple, floral, very nice hoppy. T: medium malty base, mango, pineapple, papaya, grapefruits, nice balanced bitterness, bit onion effect, medium carbonation, nice for the style, really enjoyed.
