On tap at À La Bière Comme À La Bière, pours jet black with a tiny brown head. Aroma has plenty of roasted malt and dry dark sugars. Flavour has dark sugars, molasses, and a touch of roast. Plenty of burnt dark sugars, mostly attenuated. Good stuff.

Bottle @ Darts Club des Gones, Lyon. Pitch black body under a moderate sized beige head. Nice, strong aroma of dark roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate and some dry fruit. Taste is hard roasted dark malt, sweet, dark chocolate, roasted coffee, some dry fruit, hint of pine and distinct bitterness. Some alcoholic sting but not much considering 12% ABV.

Poured from the tap. Black with minimal tan head. Roasty, chocolate, hint of leather and tobacco. Quite nice.
