Hoppy Road is a French brewery founded in Nancy in 2017 by Julien Pecheur, Lucas Del Biondo and Charles Sanner. Julien and Lucas started as homebrewer, and after winning the first prize in 2015 at the Paris Beer Week, they decided to start brewing studies at the Institut de la Brasserie et de la Malterie. In 2017 they joined with Charles and started with the brewery. Their brewery in Nancy has a capacity of 2.000 Hl per year.

Bxlbeerfest. Pours black. Aroma is sweet, vanilla, chocolate, roast. Flavor is sweet and bitter, vanilla, sourness, roast, chocolate. Finish is sour. Overall okish.

Tap at BXL festival. Bit hazy pale straw with white head. Boozy rum, quite flowery and herbal, light peach, soft brown sugar, light tart wheat. Under medium sweet, sour and bitter. Over m sour bodied with soft spritzy carbonation.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fonteinas. A hazy light orange golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, passion fruit, mild tart fruits. Taste of tart red berries, beetroot, soft raspberries, nice.
