Damn, more beer being made in Temecula! It pours mahogany with a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up dark roasted coffee, earthy coffee, hazelnut and a mild degree of chili pepper. The taste delivers dark roasted coffee and earthy coffee as well as an earthy tobacco sort of note and some mild chili pepper. Decent enough.

Bomber from CraftShack. Pours very dark brown with a tan head. Aroma is chocolate and there’s a hint of something suggesting cinnamon. Full bodied. Flavor is primarily chocolate. It’s an earthy chocolate. This ale is very dry, tho the label says brewed with honey. Finishes chocolate and dry. Maybe with a honey hint coming out. Or not. Very tasty.

Bomber from CraftShack. Aroma is like a lightly bready pilsner. Grassy/herby. Med body, almost. It is bready. It is grassy. It’s decently bitter. Fits right in with a hoppy kolsch or pilsner. It’s hot, hot, hot right now, and this is just the ticket to take to the pool.

Bright orange and bronze coloured body with a thick, three centimetre tall just off-white head. Aroma of honey, flowers, grapefruit and a lot of nice hops tucked into some good sweet notes. Medium-bodied; Strong hoppy flavour at first of herbs and grass mixed with a very perfumey flavour and a good light malt backbone shows a nice and rather light IPA, but full of flavour and character. Aftertaste shows some nice mellow tastes, a light sweetness and a good hop bitterness at the end. Overall, a nice IPA to try, the first one here in San Diego on this trip and well worth drinking if you can find it! I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased at Bottle Craft in San Diego, California a few hours ago on 06-June-2013 for US$5.40 sampled in the evening on 06-June-2013 in my hotel room here in San Diego, California.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours darkish amber/gold with a very transient head. Aroma seems to be peach backed by resin. Med + body. Flavor is very bitter/hoppy. I’m voting for resin, earth and fruit. It’s a mouth burner! There is a hint of malt backbone. It finishes with fruit coming forth more strongly. This is really good stuff.

Bomber from Bine and Vine. Pours very dark brown/black with a creamy/foamy 3 finger tan head. Aroma is mostly chocolate with a hint of coffee. Med + body. Flavor starts chocolate then a huge burst of nutty coffee intrudes. Then it’s definitely hazelnut. Lots of flavor for a stout. Finishes dry and burnt malt bitter. Good stuff.

Gotta love the artwork reminiscent of the old comix. Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours amber/copper with a 3 finger creamy/foamy off-white/beige head. Authentic cat pee aroma. Makes my nostrils itch. Med body or better. Flavor is extremely citrus, followed by some woody? roasted malt. Fits the style but is way out in front on use of ingredients. Comes across hoppy, dry, smooth, mellow, hoppy! Just excellent.
