Description
We create beers for a moment. Whether it is celebrating a special occasion, pairing with fine food, recreating, or just enjoying the day. The right beer is the perfect complement to marks life’s moments both big and small.
Our bottled beers utilize a natural re-fermentation in the bottle, which produces a soft and pleasant carbonation. Every bottle that leaves our brewery has been conditioned in our temperature controlled cellar to ensure that you get the highest quality with each pour.
Our beers are about recreating, connecting and enjoying an active lifestyle. Each can features label artwork inspired by the tradition of barn quilts found throughout the south. The labels have their own unique personality, much like the beer, combining tradition and modernity.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown in color with a finger's worth of khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: toasted nuts, cocoa powder, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, light notes of dark fruits
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a toasty sweet quality with a light bitter tone underneath; finishes semi-dry with the nuts, cocoa powder and dark fruits
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness on the tongue and some dryness too
Overall: nicely done English porter I would welcome again.

Bottle to chalice.
Appearance: dark brown color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dark fruits, light toasted nuts, caramel, banana sweetness; slight earthy tones, light cocoa powder, subtle Belgian spicy yeasty notes
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fair sweet to semi-spicy quality; finishes Belgian spicy, dark fruity and subtle bananas
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper; some smoothness but also the "back-of-the-throat" Belgian-like grab I was looking for and with some dryness
Overall: I believe I found another good Belgian beer by an American brewer! I would very much welcome this again!

Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: clear copper color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light messy sticky lace
Aroma: soft honey, subtle bubblegum, herbal tones, some floral scents, fresh lemon peel, funky, vinous, grassy and earthy character
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to semi-spicy quality; finishes herbal/earthy, light lemony and funky
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness along the tongue but also some vinous assertiveness nipping at the tongue
Overall: pretty good saison worthy of possibly coming back to.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark yellow semi-cloudiness with a finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: lemongrass, floral, light hay notes, some herbal tones with a clean bready/biscuity malt backbone
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine malty sweetness; finishes clean through the hay/lemongrass and floral portions
Texture: light bodied, sessionable; very smooth along the tongue
Overall: nicely done pilsner but I couldn't exactly pinpoint if a German or Czech one, perhaps a cross or even one of those noted modern pilsners. I'd still have this again.

Bottle. Not a big fan of this style but thought this one was very good. Cloudy gold with a giant long lasting head with lots of lace. Aroma was a fruity and slightly spicy smell with a touch of funk. Taste was a complex fruity taste that had notes of wine like sourness.
