Leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung. Bitterer, dunkel hopfiger Beginn. Dabei ist der Hopfen frisch und angenehm, könnte aber aromatischer sein. Herb-würzig, minimal röstig, dann wieder bitter. Mittellanger Nachhall. 9/8/8/9/7/8

33cl swing top bottle. A slightly hazy deep golden beer with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of clove, spices and yeast. Taste of spices, clove, herbs, yeast, some vegetables.

330ml bottle. Hazy, dark brown colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Nuttily malty and minimally dusty, yeasty spicy aroma. Taste is initially dry, nuttily malty, hints of brazil nut, hazelnut, some grassy hop, later some subtle sweetness comes through, accompanied by cautious hints of red berries; minimally alcoholic, warming finish.

330ml bottle. Clear, darkest brown colour with ruby glimmer and average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Dark malty and dusty yeasty aroma, hints of dark chocolate, a cautious fruity touch of bramble. Taste is minimally sweet dark malty, slightly chocolately and fruity, hints of bramble and blueberry. Quite nice.

Moderat süßer, etwas malzig-herber Antrunk. Süffig mit angenehmen Nuancen von Karamell, wenig herb, vollmundig, Holz. Fein hefig, alkoholisch, etwas röstiger Nachhall. Nett. 9/9/10/9/9/9

330ml bottle. Cloudy, hazelnut brown colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Grainy, minimally toasty, nuttily, malty aroma, hints of spelt, hazelnut scrubs, grassy and minimally waxy, hoppy counterpart. Taste is nuttily and minimally toasty, dark malty, slightly dry and minimally sourish, hints of hazelnut, grassy hoppy overtones.

330ml bottle. Milky, dark amber colour with absurdely huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Slightly waxy, minimally soapy, piney, hoppy aroma, hints of spruce, coniferes in gerneral, a fruity touch of red currant, dusty yeasty overtones. Taste is slightly sweet caramel malty and fruity hoppy, notes of red currant. So-so.

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Hazy, dark brown colour with a medium-sized and tanned foamy head. Dark malty, slightly toasted aroma with notes of caramel, chocolate, marzipan and nutty hints. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Mildly nutty malt character with notes of caramel and chocolate; moderately sweet and delicately tart finish. A nice surprise. 08.XI.17

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and mosrate hoppy aroma. Week soapy notes.Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Some fruity esters. Oily palate.
