Bottle bought at the brewery. Smooth malty nose. The beer starts very dry with sourish parts. Moderate bitter, very intense dry with roasted caramel and dry burned malts. Deep and roasted, refreshing with a dry burned chocolate aroma.

330ml bottle from a French supermarket. Pours a misty dark brown, small off-white pale tan head. Aroma is sweet malt, spice. Taste is sweet caramel malts with dark berry fruits, dates, some cocoa, a bit overly spicy with a dubbel-like sweet character, but generally ok.

Bottle. High carbonation, easy drinking. Slightly funky, but otherwise an interesting mix of perfumey, spicy notes. Some fruitiness, peach/apricot comes to mind. Smooth and pleasing. Tasty. The more I drink, the better it gets. Alcohol hidden dangerously. Quite good.
