Flavour is composed of semi tart, fresh fruit, nectarine, fuzzy peach, apricot. Palate is super crisp, tart, frothy carbonation. Surprisingly good.

Aroma is creany wheat, coconut, vanilla, opal fruits, lime, white grape, pear. Bit flabby. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, creany, orange rind little Bubblegum, vanilla. Cakey malts. Palate is semi sweet, chewy and flabby. Moderate carbonation. Ok.

Little heavy on the spices for me. Flavour is composed of thin wheaty grains, wishy washy spices, savoury cracker. Little soapy. Palate is thin, grainy, highish carbonation. Not great.

Bottle at the campsite near Cloyes Sur l'lore. A hazed reddish amber coloured pour with a lasting pinkish white froth. Aroma is earthy woodland fruit, vaque cherry, blackberry notes, rustic grains, tart edge. Flavour is composed of semi tart bitter fruit, cranberry, cherry, . Dry fruit pips. Still tastes like a beer, the fruit character is fairly subtle. Savoury cracker. Palate is semi sweet and tart, drying finish, highish abrasive carbonation. Not as bad as I thought it would be.

Flavour is composed of rustic grains, hay, straw, light grassy hop, spicy. Palate is semi sweet, grain tannin with highish abrasive carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle @Café Bleu (Chartres). Dorata, velata, schiuma bianca media, abbastanza persistente. Al naso note di fiori bianchi, camomilla, malto, spezie, leggero pepato. In bocca è morbida, appena abboccata in apertura con chiusura in filo amara a bilanciare, secca e pulita. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Davvero ben fatta.
