330ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, fairly lacing, snow white head. Strawy, pale malty and grassy, hoppy aroma, some malt spiciness, some herbal-grassy spiciness, whiffs of thistle. Taste is minimally spicy, pale malty, fairly bitter, grassy hoppy, minimally peppery spicy, minimally mineral, some herbal bitterness as well, subtle residual sweetness, very subtle hints of protein; lingering, grassy hoppy finish. Watery texture, dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Crisp, dry, clean and refreshing - decent. Congratulations for building up the brewery after years of hard work. Best beer so far from Ravensberger/now Bielefelder. Will revisit the old beers brewed at the new facility and hope for some more quality to come. Promising start.

0.33 l bottle from 'Biermarket.de', best before June 2022. Hazy, orangeish amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, slightly resiny aroma of tangerine, grains, light corn flakes and some honey. Gently sweet, malty, moderately, slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, honey, some corn flakes and light pine, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

7/12/2021. Bottle courtesy of Boris, cheers! Pours cloudy pale orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is malty, sweet stone fruits, stewed fruits, wet grains, yeasty bready notes. Medium to heavy sweetness, slight bite to the bitterness. Moderate body, oily watery texture, soft carbonation. Sweet ripe fruit finish. Not your typical low alcohol pale, grew on me after initial poor impression.

Bottle. Cloudy dark orange/gold sporting a nice but short-lived white head. Aroma of apricots, dough and malts. Taste of yeast, some citrus fruits, apricots, stone fruits, dough and grains. Quite strong and lasting bitterness. Aftertaste features that standard non-alcoholic doughy flavour. Medium carbonation. Surprisingly pretty full-bodied. Solid stuff.

330ml bottle. Hazy, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, fruity hoppy, yeasty fruity and slightly doughy yeasty aroma, notes of yellow stone fruit, a touch of brioche, red berries, especially strawberry. Taste is sweet-ish, doughy yeasty, slightly fruity hoppy and yeasty fruity, notes of brioche, hints of red berries, apricot, yellow stone fruit in general. Watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Typical Low / No Alcohol doughy yeasty notes, partially disguised by nice fruity aspects, flattering sweetness, light and drinkable - not bad for the style.

Bottle. Clear pale gold with a small white head that is gone immediately. Aroma of grains and cereals. Taste is grainy with some metal, bread and a little bit of spiciness. Low bitterness and just a tad bit sweet. Low to medium carbonation. Very süffig like a Helles should be. It’s pretty good - I just don't get why I should buy this when I can easily get Bavarian world class examples of the style for just half the price.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing. Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Fruity sweetish aroma. Starts mild, fruity like lemon, much like lemonade. Not much beery notes in it. Nothing special.
