16/8/2023. Bottle courtesy of magic Maciej. Pours cloudy pale yellow gold with a small short lasting white head. Aroma of ginger, spice, biscuit. Medium sweetness with a light bitterness and a gentle ginger warmth. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Liked this.

Taste is sweetish, malt, caramel, grain, woody with fruity citrus hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, fruity finish with some residual sweetness and bitterness. Quite OK

Has nice medium beige foam on top of a good black body, smells strongly of good oily barley and sharp brown sugar. Flavour is brett yeast and a strong roasted barley with coffee components. Crisp mouthfeel, the alcohol is well hidden. A nice stout, surprisingly good.
