From old tasting notes. Brewed by Wild Goose Brewery; Cambridge, Maryland. Hazy amber gold color. Big creamy beige head. Mild malty aroma. Pleasant toasted malt flavor is slightly dry, yet bittersweet as well. Soft dry finish. Faithful to the style, this pale ale rivals the Burton pale Ales from the UK, though it lacks their complexity. Overall, quite good.

From old tasting notes. Copper colored with a fine creamy beige head. Soft fruity toasted malt aroma. Wonderfully complex caramel malt flavor with herbal hop overtones. Sweet malt/hop finish is long and flavorful. Very true to that ESB style.

Rated from old notes. No real wheat taste here. Grainy, a bit like a mass produced lager and with odd additives I could not identify. Avoid.
