Blond color; like the sister bottle (Brut) this one as well has a very high carbonation and evident perlage, but also a small head retention. The aroma is peculiar, it reminds at times the Champagne and manure, sulfites. It’s an elegant semi-sweet, with light fruit presence, a bit more wood and tannins, and light sulfites too. Very strange, controversial, but not unpleasant.

Hazy deep blond color; extreme carbonation and perlage, persistent; no head retention. Aroma of apples, very light oxidisation.The mouthfeel is dry in the front, salty; there is light apple flavor, promptly hidden by the medium dryness and astringency. Not enough fruity, not the strongest character, yet quite slylish.
